Home Staging
Our approach to home staging is simple: We want you to sell your home as quickly as possible for as much money as possible. We offer several levels of service to match your home staging needs.
Consultation Service
We will come to your home for a 60 - 90 minute consultation where together we will go through your entire home, inside and out, to assess your home’s presentation strengths. We will provide you with a punch list of recommendations that will help you make your home look its best. For our homeowners with the time and “do-it-yourself” experience our list may be all you need to make your home irresistible to potential buyers.
Consultation plus Service
If you feel you would like additional guidance in completing our recommendations, we will come alongside you in the process by providing source lists for furnishings and accessories and by recommending trades professionals for the labor.
Staging Concierge Service
This service allows for you to step back and keep your focus on your life while we address the staging of your agreed upon rooms. We will arrange your furniture, artwork, accessories and textiles to make your rooms look their best and draw in potential buyers.
Interior Design Services
We offer services to complete the design of an entire house or single room. Our joy is helping our clients create dwellings that reflect their distinct tastes and lifestyles. We are happy to work closely with your builder and architect to bring your custom home to life. We also love coming into your finished home and meeting your decorative needs.

2. After the initial contact, if you would like to take the discussion further, we can schedule a meeting to determine the scope of your project. In a completed home this meeting can take place in the space you wish to re-design or decorate. This will allow us take measurements and pictures. If you are building your dream home, we can meet elsewhere to go over your blueprints.
3. A detailed design plan will be created for your home or space. If your project is a major renovation or new construction, we will work with your builder throughout the course of the project. While your builder is giving shape to the structure of your dream home, we will be behind the scenes ordering products and keeping fabrications on schedule. We will be available for site visits, walk-throughs, finish selections and to answer any questions your builder may have along the way.
4. When your space and furnishings are ready, our team will be onsite to complete the installation. No detail will be left unchecked. Your home is our priority.
